Roxicet is a combination medicine containing Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, and is used to relieve pain. A narcotic analgesic and acetaminophen used together may provide better pain relief than either single medicine, and will usually allow the use of lower doses of each individual medicine. Narcotic analgesics work with the central nervous system (CNS) to relieve pain.
Be sure to tell your doctor of any allergies you have whether it is to medication or food, preservatives, or dyes.
